I Provide
Training Programs
Customized training programs, based off your current goals, experience level, weak points, strong points, how frequently you wish to train and any injuries or limitations you may have, to get you bigger, stronger, leaner, whatever your goals may be.
- Have me design your training program to optimise your results
- Periodised sets, reps and intensity throughout your training blocks
- Specifically individualised in relation to strong points, weak points and any limitations you may have in the gym

PERSONAL TRANING (In the Gymnasium)
Face to Face personal training has been the core of my business since 2004. I love meeting new people, running them through a brief needs analysis and then taking them through what I see as an optimal session for their current wants and needs. Whether it’s a one of session, or whether you want ongoing training, I have various packages for 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 (train with a mate) training sessions.
- Have me personally take you through your training
- Optimal form, range of motion, tempo and posture, for optimal results and reduced risk of injury
- Optimal exercise selection and order for optimal training outcomes
- How to actually train hard and get the absolute best out of yourself, to achieve your desired results faster

If you wish to be trained remotely, have me review your current form, talk through your nutrition or just pick my brain on any health, fitness or bodybuilding related subject, book a video with me from anywhere in the world.
- Have me remotely train you via video call, to advise you on optimal form, training intensity and exercise selection
- – Talk through your current nutrition and training and have me critique what you are currently doing and make any alterations if needed to optimise results
- Talk through your comp prep and what’s needed for optimal results on stage
- Have me coach you through your posing and stage presentation
I Provide
Nutrition Coaching
After assessing your current physique goals over the short and long term, previous diet history, likes/dislikes and any intolerances you may have, we set you up with a sustainable meal plan, where you can track macros (ideally, but no essentially) and have things monitored, reviewed and altered, with 24/7 access to me and via weekly check-in.
- Have me control your diet
- Show you how to manipulate macronutrients and calories to alter body composition
- Weekly check-ins/alterations
- Optimal food choices for health, performance and general well-being
